Much has changed since I first created this website. After a two year hiatus (2016-2018) from teaching in Maine Adult Education, I have returned. My stint in Corporate America as an event planner and travel coordinator led to being the proud owner of a food truck with my husband. It also led me back to teaching, so I’m basically living out my dream.

On the home front, I am happily married and also the mother to five beautiful kids, and seven beautiful grandchildren.
